The Perfect Kale & Mango Smoothie - Turtle Power

Hey Moberi Fam,

We’re back with Ryan Carpenter, the owner of Moberi, as he shows us how to make his favorite Kale & Mango Smoothie – The Turtle Power! This smoothie is a great way to get your greens and it’s an immune booster – perfect for the cold season! 

To start, let’s gather some ingredients.


  • 8oz Apple Juice
  • 1/2 Fresh Banana
  • 1/2 Cup of Kale
  • 1/2 Tbsp of Ginger
  • 1/2 Cup of Frozen Mango

It’s best to start with our liquids first, so pour in your apple juice into your blender! Add your banana, kale, and ginger. Finally, add your mango. Blend all the ingredients together until it reaches a perfect and smooth texture. 

Pour the mixture into your favorite cup or mug and enjoy your masterpiece!


  • Add a pinch more ginger for that extra kick in flavor!
  • Be patient during blending to get a smooth and thick texture.
  • Top with garnishes of kale, dates or matcha powder.
